How long does shipping take for international orders?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. International shipping via express couriers usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Are Watchdives timepieces water resistant?
Yes, most of our watches are designed for diving and professional use. Specific water resistance ratings (e.g., 200m or 300m) are listed on each product page and engraved on the case back.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every watch purchased from Watchdives comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues under normal use conditions.
What movements are used in your watches?
We primarily use reliable Japanese automatic movements, such as the Seiko NH35 or Miyota series, to ensure long-term accuracy and ease of servicing.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
